Rus in Urbe. Innovazioni per l’elevata efficienza del verde pensile.

Rus in Urbe is a Latin meaning that describes the presence of natural environments in the city. And Blue Green Roof research develops innovative technologies for the construction and management of green roofs. The goal is that the Rus in Urbe concept becomes useful for the development of Smart Cities. Blue Green Roof is an experimental research that investigates the already potentially known and still unknown performances of green roofs. In particular, the research studies green roofs designed to collect and manage all rainwater, even and especially intense rainfall (water bombs). The present paper describes the results of detailed experimental analyzes and seeks comparison with research and realities that address the problems of climate change and water bombs following a similar approach.
