This paper deals with the analysis of half joints designed with a non-conventional distribution of steel reinforcements. Two examples are taken from precast concrete structures and are analysed using strut-and-tie models. The first one refers to a beam end of a underground parking built recently, whereas the second one refers to a beam end of a school built in 1977.
