The Net Metaphor Some European case studies show the potential offered by the new forms of collaborative living in relation to the landscapes of fish production. Extensive and semi-extensive plants, requiring large quantities of water, often arise in very interesting areas from the point of view of landscape (river deltas, wetlands, lagoons) and new forms of integration with the local community offer areas of planning still little explored. The contribution focuses on the North Adriatic coastal area, summarizing the intertwining of history, culture and nature of the landscapes of fish production
