MEET. Multifaceted Experience for Enhancing Territories

MEET Multifaceted Experience for Enhancing Territories è un format di progetto avviato all'inizio del 2021 dall’unità di ricerca in Design for Heritage and Cultures dell’Università degli Studi della Repubblica di San Marino che, attraverso l’ideazione e la realizzazione di un percorso espositivo interattivo, intende valorizzare il patrimonio materiale o immateriale di un territorio coinvolgendo scuole, cittadini e istituzioni in processi collaborativi. La ricerca coinvolge differenti ambiti che spaziano dal design per il territorio e le sue comunità, all’exhibition e interaction design, allo storytelling, ad altri campi coinvolti a seconda del tema trattato, storia, letteratura, poesia, scienza, archeologia, ecc. del territorio valorizzato e dei partner coinvolti, musei, biblioteche, scuole, aziende, associazioni, ecc. Il paper ricostruisce l’iter del progetto di ricerca a partire dal contesto scientifico in cui trae origine e dai casi studio che hanno alimentato la riflessione e il dibattito del gruppo di lavoro e presenta gli obiettivi perseguiti e la metodologia utilizzata nella definizione dell’intero processo dichiarato in un diagramma di sintesi. Alla descrizione di ciascuna fase segue la presentazione del progetto pilota svolto sul territorio ravennate e dell’applicazione promossa assieme al Museo del Territorio di Riccione, oltre ad una sintesi della disseminazione scientifica.---Meet - Multifaceted Experience for Enhancing Territories is a project launched at the beginning of 2021 by the Research Unit in Design for Heritage and Cultures of the University of San Marino, which, through the ideation and realization of an interactive exhibition path, intends to enhance the material or immaterial heritage of a territory by involving schools, citizens and institutions in collaborative processes. The research involves different areas that range from design for the territory and its communities, to exhibition and interaction design, to storytelling, to other felds depending on the theme dealt with history, literature, poetry, science, archaeology, etc…, the territory enhanced, and the partners involved museums, libraries, schools, companies, associations, etc…. The paper traces the course of the research project from the scientifc context in which it originates and the case studies that have nurtured the refection and the debate, and presents the objectives pursued and the methodology used in defning the entire process stated in a summary diagram. The description of each phase is followed by the presentation of the pilot project carried out in Ravenna and the application, promoted together with the Museum of the Territory of Riccione, as well as a summary of the scientifc dissemination.
