Stgo+ Infraestructura Verde: una oportunidad para reconectar la ciudad con la naturaleza = Stgo+ Green Infrastructure: an opportunity to reconnect the city with nature

Stgo+ es una iniciativa que surgió en 2017 desde la Universidad de Chile y el SERVIU Metropolitano, sumando progresivamente actores institucionales y de la sociedad civil. El objetivo es, mediante un proceso participativo, abordar el territorio desde la bioregión metropolitana, las intercomunales y comunales, a las microintervenciones situadas. El presente artículo muestra los resultados de las primeras etapas: el análisis espacial y de actores, la definición de objetivos y la estructura espacial a distintas escalas y propuesta de implementación. El proyecto ofrece una mirada estratégica del verde urbano que permite articular actores e iniciativas públicas y privadas, para optimizar sus beneficios configurando un sistema integrado, para transformar a Santiago en una ciudad más verde, justa, equitativa y resiliente.---The Stgo+ is an initiative that emerged in 2017 from the University of Chile and the Metropolitan SERVIU, and has since involved other institutional and civil society actors. The aim is the participatory development, which addresses the territory at different scales, from the metropolitan bioregion, to intercommunal and communal levels, and to situated micro-interventions. This article shows the results of the first stages: spatial and stakeholders analysis, objective definition, spatial structure at different scales, and proposal for implementation. The “Stgo+ Green Infrastructure System” Plan offers a strategic view of urban greenery that allows for the coordination of public and private initiatives, to transform Santiago into a greener, fairer, more equitable and resilient city.
