The paper aims to analyze the “Unfinished” church of Brendola, designed by the engineer-archi- tect Fausto Franco. Economic problems led to the interruption of the church’s construction left the church in an unfinished situation, which is today recognized as a ruin. The research seeks to delineate a methodology of analysis for abandoned cultural heritage based on data digitization and multi-level stakeholders’ interaction to identify conservation strategies that the community could share.
