In determining the intervention strategies for the redevelopment of the building, the choice of the technical solutions to be adopted is also derived from the identification of performance deficiencies and inadequacies, which are closely connected with the existing materials and construction technologies, with the story of the building and with the surrounding context. The research path has been divided into the following phases: definition of a master framework, representative of each social housing built in the second postwar period; identification of a significant repertoire of design solutions for updating the state of the art; establishment of a performance framework for every individual case, organized according to the identified critical issues and the redevelopment plan goals; identification of intervention strategies and of the characteristics of each technological solution; writing a synopsis of the specific factors involved.

Abstract
In determining the intervention strategies for the redevelopment of the building, the choice of the technical solutions to be adopted is also derived from the identification of performance deficiencies and inadequacies, which are closely connected with the existing materials and construction technologies, with the story of the building and with the surrounding context. The research path has been divided into the following phases: definition of a master framework, representative of each social housing built in the second postwar period; identification of a significant repertoire of design solutions for updating the state of the art; establishment of a performance framework for every individual case, organized according to the identified critical issues and the redevelopment plan goals; identification of intervention strategies and of the characteristics of each technological solution; writing a synopsis of the specific factors involved.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
