This paper presents the GLASS Cluster as a case study in sustainability education, where heritage and innovation meet. It illustrates how glass cultures can support the training of architects and designers through collaborative and antifragile learning. The study draws on ESF+ projects, Erasmus+ BIP, GlassLAB workshops, and design hackathons developed with enterprises, as well as on the analysis of publications, exhibitions, and governance frameworks such as the Committee for Glass Scholarships. The findings highlight capacity building for young researchers, the transfer of artisanal and industrial knowledge through digital tools, and a replicable pedagogy that links local heritage with global sustainability goals.
