The paper analyzes the methodology of the Co.Co.War, a PRIN project which investigates conflict-related heritage worldwide. Within Work Package 2, coordinated by Università Politecnica delle Marche, a dissonant heritage database maps global case studies, identifying direct and indirect strategies for conservation and communication, and fostering inclusive dialogue. A forthcoming GIS-based GeoApp will further support international understanding and exchange.
