The paper presents the research carried out at the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche in the framework of the Landscape Research Scholarship 2023/2024 program. It explores the contradictions between the disciplines of heritage and landscape regarding geological heritage and its conservation in the context of climate change, taking into account how the transformation of the territory affects the identity of its inhabitants.

Abstract
